Skills & Training Hub
MDI: Skills and Training Hub is the place to go for all career training needs. Using two Virtual Reality stations, Career Coaches will guide BizTown workers through exciting VR experiences. Workers will learn everything from ‘Changing Oil in a Car’ to ‘Inserting an IV Tube into a Hospital Patient’, using quick 5 minute Virtual Reality lessons. Front Desk Coordinators schedule VR trainings, and support Career Coaches by using a pager system. The Inclusivity Trainer uses an interactive screen to help CEOs understand how to create a safe and fair workplace for employees who have a disability, limited mobility, or learning differences.

- Greets BizTown CEOs and schedules them to meet with Inclusivity Trainer.
- Meets with CEOs to complete a short/fun touchscreen quiz about making businesses work for citizens of all abilities.
