Off to Bahrain!

As part of a new Junior Achievement global initiative and as a way to highlight JA's worldwide impact, we are proud to announce our own President & CEO, Sara Dziuk, has been selected to be among the first cohort of an exciting new opportunity called the JA Worldwide Leader Exchange and Development (LEAD) Program!
LEAD is designed to be a transformative experience, pairing JA leaders from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and regions to exchange ideas, learn from one another, and deepen their understanding of the mission. Sara is paired with the Executive Director from Bahrain, Hana Sarwani, and will visit the Middle East as part of the exchange later this year.
Each selected leader will spend a week visiting each other’s operations, attend a regional gathering of JA executives, and participate in the JA Worldwide Global Leadership Conference in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, in November 2025. There, they will have the opportunity to meet and learn from their counterparts across the globe.

LEAD serves as a beacon of hope, demonstrating that we can bridge gaps, build understanding, and work together despite our differences. The LEAD Program will foster global leadership, strengthen relationships, and ensure the continued growth of Junior Achievement’s impact—not just in our local communities, but on a global scale.
We look forward to this incredible opportunity as it will help grasp the scale and impact of Junior Achievement’s work around the world. This experience will enable Sara and her global counterparts to experience firsthand the broader influence of the collective efforts of Junior Achievement.
Congratulations, Sara, on being selected for this prestigious opportunity! Our community of educators, staff, students, partners, and volunteers cannot wait to hear about your experience and see how what you learn can continue to shape the work of JA North!
